Features of microcrystalline cellulose produced from sunflower seeds of different oil content

چکیده

The work is dedicated to study the production of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) from sunflower seed husks (SFH) by oxidation in an organic solvent, dependence its hydromodule, yield and quality index MCC on type. According morphological characteristics SFH with different fat content, effective hydromodulus obtained low-fat 1:12 g/mL a 50.69%, while for high-fat SFH:PAA 1:14 g/mL, it was determined that will be equal 43.49%. During solvent oxidation, found low husk undergoes delignification 3 times faster than high-fat, accordingly, content β-cellulose are higher 7.2% 2.23%. That is, became known economically ecologically raw materials cellulosic materials.
